This amazing Vegan Wings are gonna blow your mind! Cauliflower BBQ Wings, that can totally be Gluten Free too. Super easy and homemade!

For the cover:
2tsp Garlic powder
2tsp Onion powder
1Cup Oat milk (unsweetened)
Panko or breadcrumbs
For the sauce:
3tbp BBQ Sauce
2tbp Soya Sauce
2tbp Maple Syrup
LET'S GET STARTED:
First start bu cutting the Cauliflower into small pieces (do it with your hands so it cuts more naturally). Prepare a bowl with the milk, flour and spices and mix to create a paste.
In another plate add the breadcrumbs, and now start diping the cauliflower in the wet mixture and then roll them in the breadcrumbs and put in an oven tray or container (previously spread with oil).
Bake it for 20 min, 200º and then take them out of the oven to deep them into the bbq sauce mix. Place the pieces back on the tray and bake for another 1o minutes.
And it is ready! I made a diping Vegan Sour Cream sauce with some cashews, oat milk, lemon juice, rice vinegar and spices (garlic, onion, salt and nutritional yeast), and the whole combination is just amazing. Enjoy!
