Super easy vegan drinks that are perfect for a cozy fall afternoon!
This recipes are extremely easy, and the decoration is completely optional, but if you want it here's what you'll need:
Full fat coconut cream. That's it.
Remove the top part of a full fat coconut can, which is most likely gonna have a whipped cream texture. If it doesn't, pop it in the fridge for a while and it will eventually separate.
You can also use any other whipped cream vegan alternative. I also love to use Oatly Vanilla Whippable.
Also I used 1/2 of coconut cream and 1/2 of plant based milk to make them creamier, but you can totally make it just with your plant based milk of choice!
Pumpkin Pie Latte
This is the pure fall taste, like a cinnamon pumpkin pie! Just mix all the ingredients on a pot and bring it to boil. Once it boils, rinse it to get rid of any pumpkin pulp and top it with some whipped coconut cream, cinnamon, and a pumpkin piece.
Ingredients: 1/2 Coconut Cream, 1/2 Plant based milk, 1tbp Pumpkin puree, 1/2tsp nutmeg, 1tsp cinnamon, cloves, 1tsp Maple Syrup.
Golden Turmeric Latte
Mix in all the ingredients on a pot and bring it to boil, once it boils, remove it from the heat and rinse it to get rid of any dates pieces that might still be there (this is totally optional). Top it with the coconut whipped cream, some turmeric and a cinnamon stick.
Ingredients: 1/2 Coconut Cream, 1/2 Plant Based Milk, 2tsp Dates Paste, 1tsp Turmeric, 1/2 Nutmeg, 1/2 Cinnamon, 1/2 Pepper, 1/2 Ginger.
Tahini Caramel Hot Chocolate
Here's provably the most exciting one for me as I used the Tahini Caramel I have used in other recipes and that I really love. And again, this is super easy, so just pop all the ingredients in a pot and bring it to boil, this makes it heat up slower so the ingredients get perfectly combined and without clumps.
If you want it sweeter, add either dates or maple syrup. And you can rinse it in case there seems to be any clumps.
Ingredients: 1/2 Coconut Cream, 1/2 Plant Based Milk, 1tbp Tahini Caramel, 2tsp Cocoa Powder. Decorate with: Melted dark chocolate and tahini caramel.
