I made this cheese to use in the Vegan Spinach Puffs recipe.
1 big Potato
1/2 cup Cashews
2tbp Nutritional yeast
1/4 cup Plant based milk
1tbp Lemon juice
1tsp Garlic powder
You can also add 2 carrots if you want!
LET'S GET STARTED:
Boil the potato cut in small pieces with the cashews until they are soft and then blend them.
Add the rest of the ingredients and keep blending until it gets completely smooth, it might take some minutes depending on your blender.
And this is it! This simple! Add more or less milk depending how creamy or saucy you want it. Enjoy!
