Vegan and gluten free, the perfect Falafel to add in any dish or to have as a snack. Always ready!
1 Cup raw chickpeas
2 Garlic cloves
3 tbp Oat flour
1-2 tsp Cumin
Salt, pepper & paprika
Soya yogurt (greek style)

𝚂𝚝𝚎𝚙 𝚋𝚢 𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚙:
Soak the chickpeas with enough water for at least 12h but 24h is recommended, rinse and blend.
Add the onion, garlic, parsley, lemon and spices and blend everything together.
Add as much oat flour (from gluten free oats) as needed, about 2-4tbp.
Bake for 30min at 180º in a tray snd with a bit of oil. Toss around half way through the process.
𝚃𝚊𝚝𝚣𝚒𝚔𝚒 𝚂𝚊𝚞𝚌𝚎: Grate the cucumber and the garlic and whisk it in with the yogurt, lemon and spices. No need to blend it. Add some oil if you want, and it is ready!
