What better than mixing a gingerbread loaf with a banana bread? Well, here it is, and GLUTEN FREE!
All the Christmas flavor in a sweet and amazing loaf! The banana did not take over the spices flavor so it mostly added sweetness to the recipe which is the best!
🥛2tbp Plant based milk
🥣1/3 cup Brown sugar
🥄2tbp Olive Oil (or coconut)
🥣1/2 cup Almond flour
🥣1/2 cup Gluten free flour
🥄1tsp baking powder
LET'S GET STARTED:
On a mixing bowl, add the mashed banana with the egg, the milk, the oil and the sugar and mix until it gets completely combined.
Slowly add the flours mixed with the spices and baking powder.
Bake for 20-25 min at 180º, and enjoy!
