Let's get started:
Mix in the peanut butter, coconut oil, flaxseed, erythritol and water. The amount of water depends on the rest of the ingredients, just add enough tog et to an egg-like consistency, it needs to be a bit liquid and sticky.
Add in the salt, baking powder and almond flour. Let it rest in the fridge for 15-30'. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200º-220º.
Make balls with the cookie dough and bake them for 15-20 min, depending on your oven. They are gonna look not completely cooked but let them cool down completely and they are gonna be ready to go!!
If you wait until they are fully cooked and hard, once they cool down, they're gonna be too hard, and we like the yummy inside to be a bit raw, don't we?
